The Dolphin and the Sea CenterIt is the only maritime educational center of its kind in the Middle East, which reveals to visitors the story of the first Israeli seal and the secrets of the Mediterranean Sea and its inhabitants. During the tour, visitors learn about the spectacular world of marine mammals, including the Mediterranean monk seals, the rich ecosystem of the Mediterranean Sea, and the human impact on this system. In the center is an impressive display of skeletons of whales, dolphins and other marine mammals.
Join us on a tour along the Lachish stream, in the section of the stream that always flows and offers a glimpse of fascinating urban nature, rich in birds and other animals. We will continue the tour along the river with an urban dive in our educational space, during which you will get a glimpse into the fascinating world of marine mammals.
Duration of the activity (tour + creation): About two hours.
An adult must purchase a ticket. Children up to 3 years old - free.
pay attention: There are no live dolphins in the center (these wonderful wild animals are found in their natural environment, in the sea).
