It is the only maritime educational center of its kind in the Middle East, which reveals to visitors the story of the first Israeli seal and the secrets of the Mediterranean Sea and its inhabitants. During the tour, visitors learn about the spectacular world of marine mammals, including the Mediterranean monk seals, the rich ecosystem of the Mediterranean Sea, and the human impact on this system.
